Suckling pig

Wow, not an everyday dinner but worth a go surely.

not a difficult recipe this at all!

First catch your pig.

Put it in a tray and put said tray in oven. Cook it long and slow. This beauty had about 5 hours and a long rest. Put a large stone in the beast’s mouth whilst it cooks, 0nce rested replace this with an apple

Eat the pig!

Ate this one of trenchers, plates of bread which soaked up the juice nicely.

If you don’t mind your dinner staring up at you go get yourself a piggy.
